About the Journal
NAKA International Journal of Transcultural Law and Social Studies is an academic journal that presents a cross-disciplinary study of the interaction between law, multicultural societies, and social justice. Although it does not currently have an international reputation, this journal aims to be the main platform in discussing legal issues relevant to culturally diverse societies around the world. The journal's main focus is on the study of legal pluralism, social justice, and minority rights in transcultural contexts, by highlighting how law adapts and functions in evolving societies.
Featuring interdisciplinary perspectives from law, sociology, anthropology, and politics, NAKA International Journal of Transcultural Law and Social Studies focuses on empirical research and theoretical analysis that reflects the dynamics of law in multicultural communities, both on a local and global scale. The articles published in this journal offer in-depth insights into the legal challenges that arise amidst cultural diversity, especially in relation to human rights, cultural conflict resolution, global migration, and environmental justice.
The journal aims to open a dialogue between researchers, policymakers, and legal practitioners from different countries to discuss innovative legal solutions that are responsive to global challenges. With a focus on underrepresented communities in global discussions, such as indigenous peoples, immigrants, and religious minorities, NAKA International Journal of Transcultural Law and Social Studies enriches academic discourse while offering practical solutions for those facing legal injustice in pluralistic societies.
